MERAIF MF-6080 Laser Cutting Machine Details:
Laser cutting uses the high-power density spot formed after the laser beam is focused to quickly heat the material to its vaporization temperature, evaporate and form tiny holes.
Through the continuous relative movement between the beam and the material being cut, a continuous narrow slit is formed to achieve the purpose of cutting.
Laser cutting is combined with CNC machine tools and computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software.
It has unlimited contour cutting capabilities and convenient cutting trajectory modification capabilities.
Through computer pre-design, it can cut the entire board of countless complex parts, which not only saves materials, but also can cut multiple parts at the same time, realize fully automated operation, and even realize laser automatic cutting of three-dimensional space curves.
